About Us

Medusa Furniture Manufacture Co., Ltd. was established in 2002 with registered capital of USD 1 million. We specialize in the production of hand-made classic furniture, supplying the domestic and overseas markets. We are a subsidiary that is totally owned by the Zhou Group, one of the biggest corporations in Shanghai. Our parent business also deals in real estate and transportation, i.e. taxis, hospitals, restaurants, sports clubs, etc. 



We are one of the few manufacturers of furniture that have more than a hundred specialized woodworkers in premises measuring over 4,000 square meters in the Shanghai area. We import 95% of our hardwood timber and beech from the famous Austrian corporation TTMassivholz. Through the combination of high quality wood, skilful craftsmanship, and our quality control process, we managed to achieve a turnover of more than USD 3 million in our first year of business. 



Currently, we have one store in Shanghai's Yuexing Furniture Plaza, opened in 2002, and three other showrooms in Beijing, Hangzhou and Shenzhen. These developments have been good but now we are promoting ourselves through alibaba, which is our first step in a program that we hope will see our continued expansion overseas.
